Two and a Half= 30 Months=912 Days=Double Delight!!

Krew and Kynzi hit the two and a half year mark!  What?  I know, time has flown by and they are growing up so fast!  They are so stinkin cute and light up my whole world!  I cherish every single day with these two and can't imagine the chaos in my life any other way!  Krew is a total angel, and loving the fact that he is a TOTAL mama's boy! Sweetest little boy on the planet...guaranteed! :)  He is getting so big, talking so well, getting cuter everyday, if that is possible, and finally learning to stand up to sissy! He is very independent.  Kynzi is so dang cute, so super smart. She is starting to be a little nicer to her brother, but still enjoys to torment him, by taking anything he might want to play with and running away with it!  She loves to help me fold laundry, wipe things down, sweep the floors, pretty much loves to be my shadow!  Hopefully I can teach her well!  Kynzi loves to dress herself, pick out her own clothes (which almost always match) and can even put her own shoes on!  She cracks me up.
Now that school has started for a few hours three days a week I get to spend time with just the two of them.  So much fun, EXCEPT..Man they can get into trouble fast!  They for sure get 100 % of my attention when it is just the three of us! :)  People ask me if it is getting easier, and I can only say it is just different.  When they were infants they required all of my time and attention, now if I don't give them all of my time and attention, I am in big trouble!!  :)  I love it though! Ever single bit of it!
I am so thankful for the blessings that these two babies have brought into my life!  They mean the world to me.  I know I was meant to get both of them, and I wouldn't want it any other way!  They have taught me so much about myself, and I hope that I can always be the best mother possible to them. Krew and Kynzi, Happy half birthday!  I LOVE YOU!!

Good Bye Summer, but not at Lake Powell!

We look our last Summer trip to Lake Powell.  Grabbed the kids from school and headed South to enjoy 98 degree weather, while it was litterally freezing in Idaho Falls.  We had a great time, and enjoyed great company!  We took Grandma Debi and Grandpa Kevin with us and that was a ton of fun!  Tim, Cami, and Briley also joined us!  We had a great time, relaxing, swimming in the warm water, boating, exploring, wakeboarding, skiing, and just hanging out! :)  It's my little bit of Paradise! Love it!!

Ist Day of School!!

The girls were so excited to start their first day of school at Discovery Elementary!  Jamyn is in the third grade and is super excited to have Mrs, Julian again this year.  Whitney is in the first grade and has Mrs, McLaren.  I can't believe that both of my girls are going to be gone all day!  So sad that time goes by so fast!  I am so happy for them though, and the wonderful, beautiful young ladies that they are becoming! Gotta love Idaho weather, pouring rain and cold on the first day!

They are off to a great start! They are both enjoying a very busy schedule between dance, gymnastics, piano, homework, and living life as girls!  Good luck with everything my little sweethearts! :)

Jace also started PreSchool at Lots o Love Preschool with Miss Di and Miss Kristi!  He gets to go three days a week, and loves it so much (except for coloring...such a boy!)  My camera battery was dead, so I took picts on my phone, just need to get them on here.  Love my little man soo soooo much!

Camping in Island Park

My super awesome friend Steph and I decided to go camping for the weekend, so we packed up our families and headed to Island Park. We had so much fun hanging out, and spent most of the weekend boating. While in the boat, we even came across a bear. It was up in the trees for a while and then it came right down into the water, litterally twenty feet from our boat. It was so neat! Great times with great people! I am so lucky to have a friend like Steph!

I guess I didn't get any pictures of us camping, oh well!

Island Park

Since it was the middle of July and I don't think we have even seen summer, we decided to leave the boat for the weekend and go to Island Park with my parents. We had so much fun riding. The twins love the razor, and Whit is learning so well on her dirtbike, and Jace is a crazy boy on his 4-wheeler. In fact, he decided to show us what he learned and he began to flip cookies as fast as he could in the middle of the road. What am I in for? We road a ton, and got rained on a ton. Gotta love those afternoon thunderstorms that come from no where. We were on a ride and thank goodness we were close to a warming hut during a downpour. Had my camera so we snapped a few pictures. We enjoyed the cabin and spending time with Grandma Debi and Grandpa Kevin.

I don't know why my pictures turned out blury. Dang Camera! Krew loves to go riding, but he has to have his goggles on all of the time, too cute! Well, I think that they are all pretty much tooooo cute! Im so dang lucky! :)

Homeless Princess??

How can someone so precious and cute be such a monster? She is always a mess, no matter what I do. She loves to play outside with as little on as possible, and her favorite thing is to find dirt or mud and sit in it and wash her hair:)Oh how I love this ... Princess.

Lovin' Life at Lake Powell!!

Finally it was time to head to Lake Powell! Yay! We love it so much down there, especially since we have hardly had a summer here! It was a great time! We took Nathans Brother Michael, his wife Katrina, and there six kids! Yes, 12 kids and 4 adults....No Problem! It was way fun, the kids had a blast, and the weather was amazing! We were gone for ten days, and it went by so fast! This year we spent the 4th of July on the Lake, which was a change, but a fun one! Always great to make some new wonderful memories with the ones that we love!

We enjoyed exploring the canyons, some hikes, cliff jumping, swimming, going off the slide on the boat, and the water was so amazing we did tons of wakeboarding, watersking, and riding the tube! We got a little tan, and did great on keeping from getting burnt! The weather was about 100 every day, which I think is perfect when you are living on the water. Couldn't ask for much more, well, except maybe another ten days!? I know, I know back to reality!

In Loving Memory....

My dear, sweet, Great Grandma Louise passed in her sleep in the early morning hours of June 19, 2010 at 102 years old. What a blessing to live such a long and wonderful life, and such a blessing for those of us that she leaves behind just to have had her as such a major part of our lives for so many wonderful years. Wish that made it easier. We already miss her so much already! Grandma was so beautiful, so loving, and the most important thing to her was us Grandchildren. I think back to growing up, and I don't think that my Grandma missed one sporting event or anything that was important to me. She was always my number one fan! Grandma adored my children, and looked forward to seeing them every week. I know that she lived each day just to be able to see them. Grandma was so strong, and had been through many hardship, trials, and I can't even begin to imagine the things that she saw in her lifetime. Up until just before her passing she was still able to go play bridge with her friends every week. Even at 102, she still knew each one of us. What a blessing that was. My sweet little Jace and Grandma had an extra special relationship, they loved each other so much! Jace loved to go to Grandmas house and her reaction when he walked into the house and jumped infront of her to scare her was priceless every single time! Jace is taking it pretty hard, I just hope that we can keep her memory alive so he always remembers her! My kids sang "You are My Sunshine" at her funeral, and it was priceless! I know Grandma loved it! Now Jace still cries his eyes out as he sings it, only he changes the last line to "Please don't take my Grandma away"... Grandma went to sleep and entered her journey to an amazing site that morning, being with all of those who had gone before her. What a reunion that must have been! Especially being with Grandpa and her sweet son Neil who passed away over 60 years ago. I'm so happy for her, and I am so thankful for the Plan of Salvation and the knowledge that I have that I will see her again and our family can be together forever! Love you so so much Grandma! Until we meet again! Muah!

The funeral was beautiful, the weather was beautiful, and we have so many beautiful memories!
Thank you so much to everyone for your thoughts and prayers, for the sympathy notes, all of the flowers and plants. Every gesture meant so much! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Grandma Louise
